The Department of Residence Life will strive to make our residence halls a home away from home for our students. We are Dedicated to our residents not only as students, but also as our customers. We will strive to provide a safe environment conducive to the overall developmental growth of the resident. We will promote to those living within our halls and to the college as a whole.

Residence Hall Programs
The mission of Residence Life provides personal growth programs that will give on-campus students the opportunity to gain insightful knowledge through intellectual, social, and spiritual interaction among residents. The following programs are emphasized:
Residence Hall Council - the governing body for each residence hall. It is responsible for managing funds, recommending policies, and in representing student opinion. Council representatives are residents of the halls and are elected by secret ballots by other residents of the hall of the floor on which they live.
P.L.U.S. - Partnership in Learning for Utmost Success seeks a collaboration with Academic Affairs to promote the value and attainability of academic success through initiative.
Biggest Loser Campaign - A campus wide focus on health to ensure that students are in good physical condition. This campaign is open to students, faculty, and staff.
Life Awareness - Collabarative round table discussion between students and facilitated by special guest to talk about day to day challenges of living.
Building A Sense of Community - Residential discussions about social issues and relationships.
Study Hall - Technological academic advising with hands-on training for class assignments.
