 The Success Program, the adult degree completion program at Texas College, allows working adults to obtain a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in 15-18 months—attending class only one (1) night a week. The program is offered to persons seeking to further their education without interrupting their busy schedules.
Most importantly, the Success Program is designed to take you quickly and efficiently to complete your bachelors degree—a qualification that opens the door to a distinguished career, and of course high earnings potential.
Admissions Criteria
- Adult 25 years of older
- Completion of approximately 50 semester hours from accredited college
- Cumulative Grade Point Average of 2.0 (4.0 Scale)
Note: Applicants not meeting the stated requirements will be considered for admissions upon review by the Success Admission Committee.

Degree Completion Options
A maximum of 32 nontraditional semester credits may be earned through non-collegiate instruction, testing & experiential learning, such as; military training & courses, CLEP (test to determine course credit – contact the Success Office for testing schedule) test, directed study or practical & portfolio documentation.

- May receive 76 Semester hours of credit from other regionally accredited colleges
- Credits of “C” grade or above accepted for transfer
|
- May earn up to 30 semester hours
- Adults entering Success Program with less than 50 transferable hours may earn credits through the Portfolio Option
These credit hours can be from a number of different sources, including workshops, seminars, self-study, classes, training programs and work experience. These learning experiences will be evaluated to determine the credit hours that can be awarded
